A little act of kindness can boost your Mental Health – Mental Health Awareness Week 18-24th May

Mental Health Awareness Week is the UK’s national week to raise awareness of mental health and mental health problems and inspire action to promote the message of good mental health for all.

Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, it takes place from 18-24 May 2020. This year’s theme is kindness.
